competition scheme maintained a strong link with the historic past
of the River Thames and at the same time proposed buildings with the
flexibility of alternative uses, from residential to office commercial.
We recommended redefining the listed industial shed as a restantraunt/gallery
on a new floating boardwalk over the Thames. |
